USPHL Reign hire Brennan Foreman as their Kootenays, BC Scout

The Ontario Jr Reign is proud to announce the hiring of Brennan Foreman as their Kootenays, BC Scout.

Brennan grew up in the small town of Kimberley, British Columbia where he played competitive junior hockey until 20 years old. Since leaving junior hockey, Brennan knew he wanted to go from the ice to behind the bench and try his hand at coaching.

Currently, Brennan is in his 8th season of coaching and has coached, developed, and promoted players on to the next level of Jr. B, as well as Jr. A in both the BCHL and SJHL.

“I’ve always had a passion for helping players achieve or receive an opportunity they may not be able to obtain themselves,” said Brennan. “I believe this region holds an abundance of young talented hockey players that sometimes may be overlooked or underrated being in the shadow of the Okanagan or south-central Alberta. I am looking forward to bringing some exciting players south of the border for the fans to enjoy!”

Coach Blumes comments “During my time in BC I got to know Brennan and he is a dedicated coach with a solid understanding of the attributes players require to play and excel at this level. As the father and husband of a young family, I believe scouting will help fulfill the desire to be around the rinks while allowing enough time at home as well.”
