Trevor Sabo announced as new Saskatchewan Scout

The Ontario Jr Reign is excited to announce Trevor Sabo as their new Saskatchewan Scout.

From Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Trevor has multiple years of scouting experience working with teams in the AJHL, KIJHL, and for the last three seasons, with Notre Dame in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League.

Coach Blumes comments “Trevor has a sharp eye for talent and spends a great deal of time in the cold rinks of northern Saskatchewan. We have several skilled, physical players from Saskatchewan and we are counting on Trevor to help us identify more prospects from the area for next season.” 

Trevor also has a son who plays hockey and has enjoyed volunteering in various roles for his son’s teams over the years. When not at the rink, Trevor works for the City of Prince Albert.

The Ontario Jr Reign’s next home games are this weekend on Saturday, December 18th (7:45 PM puck drop), and Sunday, December 19th (2:15 PM puck drop) at Ontario Center Ice Arena. Tickets can be purchased online at https://www.ontariojrreign.com/admission.
