Rick Roberts named Director of Player Personnel

Today, the Ontario Jr Reign announced that Rick Roberts has been named Director of Player Personnel. Roberts is tasked with scouting, recruitment, and college placement for the Ontario Jr Reign's inaugural season in the USPHL. 

Roberts has long roots in the Ontario hockey scene, dating back to the former Ontario Avalanche in the Western States Hockey League where he served as General Manager and Director of Player Personnel. 

Since then, Roberts has placed more than 70 players in various colleges here in the US and Canada. 

"I'm excited to help continue building a positive presence in the hockey community with the Ontario Jr Reign by providing an environment of opportunity while developing talent, teaching life lessons, and moving players to higher levels of hockey,” Roberts said.
