Pero earns back to back Player of the Month in Pacific Division

Congratulations to USPHL Reign forward #12 Matteo Pero on being named the USPHL Pacific Division Forward of the Month for February! 

Grace Mello of the United States Premier Hockey League writes, “Earning back-to-back player of the month, Matteo Pero (‘04/Port Moody, BC) was a driving force for Jr. Reign offense. He earned points in every game played in February, putting him at 31 points (12 goals, 19 assists). This included two GWGs against the Bakersfield Roughnecks and division rivals the San Diego Sabers. Pero finished regular season play with 61 points in 33 games played (25 goals, 36 assists).”

Board the Reign Train! - Play with the Ontario Jr Reign next season! Register for our 2023 Spring Combine ID Camp taking place at Ontario Center Ice Arena the weekend of May 19th-21st. Tier 2 Junior A programs Provo Predators, NCDC, Nipawin Hawks, SJHL as well as NAX, CSSHL, and San Diego State University, ACHA will be scouting the event as well. Camp is open to 2007 to 2003 DOB’s. 8 current members of the 22-23 Reign roster participated in previous combines held last season.
