Ontario Mayor, Paul Leon, to drop puck at home opener

by Jr Reign

This Friday, September 23rd at 730 PM we invite our community of Ontario and the surrounding inland empire to join us for our Home Opener at Ontario Center Ice arena where Ontario's own honorable Mayor Paul Leon drops the ceremonial puck marking the start of our 2022-23 USPHL campaign.

As the Mayor of Ontario and the Pastor of Hope Chapel, Paul’s life is focused on service—service to his Lord and service to the citizens of the City of Ontario and to those in the surrounding areas who rely on the City of Ontario in their everyday life. His daily focus consists of his family, church, and the City of Ontario.

Paul has contributed thousands of volunteer hours to area organizations including the Ontario Salvation Army, San Bernardino Communities Against Drugs, Chaffey Joint Union High School District C.A.T. Council, Family Solutions Collaborative, Vernon Middle School, and the West Valley Family Violence Council. He also served as the coordinator for the highly successful Christian Okoye/Focus West Youth Football Camps.

We are proud to have a mayor that has given back so much to our community sharing our special opening night with us. Thank you, Mayor Paul Leon.
