NICK GALLO HIRED AS DIRECTOR OF SCOUTING
Ontario, CA — The Ontario Jr. Reign announced today that Nick Robert Gallo has been hired as the organization’s Director of Scouting, bringing a diverse and nationally connected background in player evaluation, development, and hockey operations to the club as it continues its ascent within the NCDC.
Gallo joins the OJR with experience across multiple elite levels of the game, including scouting roles in the WHL, USHL, and overseeing Hockey Operations for Nilson Sports, an NIL agency representing NCAA to NHL athletes. His work in player identification, long‑term projection, and building scouting infrastructure has earned him a reputation as a trusted evaluator with a strong eye for emerging talent on the West Coast and beyond.
Gallo shared his excitement about joining the organization:
“I am excited to join Jeremy Blumes' Hockey staff with the Ontario Jr. Reign and lead a Scouting initiative that further cements this club's standard of excellence.”
As Director of Scouting, Gallo will oversee all player identification efforts, manage the Jr. Reign’s scouting staff, and help shape the roster construction strategy as the club continues to strengthen its presence in the NCDC.
