Moé Okuda and Dani Li join the USPHL Reign as the team's official yoga instructors

The Ontario Jr Reign is pleased to welcome Moé Okuda and Dani Li as the team’s official yoga instructors. 

Moé Okuda is a professional figure skater, performer, and coach with 17+ years of skating experience and 8+ years of coaching experience. Moé is also a 5x Southwest Pacific Regional competitor and has earned the title of US Figure Skating Double Gold Medalist. Moé works with various athletes in the Inland Empire area, specializing in skating skills, edge work, on and off-ice conditioning, yoga, and dynamic stretch.

Dani Li has been a professional figure skater for over 12 years and competed at the national level for Team China since she was 12 years old. She was a 2x novice and junior national champion, and a 7x national team competitor of China. Since moving to California, Dani is now a US National Coach who specializes in jumps, spins, choreography, edge work, and off-ice conditioning training, yoga, and dynamic stretch.

The duo’s off-ice yoga and dynamic stretches focus on stretching and strengthening muscle groups used specifically for skating. 

 Coach Blumes remarks “Moé and Dani’s sessions help our athletes improve their mobility, coordination, reduce recovery time, prevent injuries and help our players maintain focus. The duo are key components within our dryland programming. We are grateful to have such qualified and talented instructors working with our group."

The Ontario Jr Reign’s next home game is on Saturday, December 18th at Ontario Center Ice Arena. The puck drops at 7:45 PM, tickets can be purchased online at https://www.ontariojrreign.com/admission.
