by Jen Gehringer

The Ontario Jr Reign announced Tuesday, Aug. 31, that they have signed Ethan MacIntyre for the 2021-22' season.

The High River, Alberta, Canada native previously played for the Okotoks Oilers U18 AAA in the AEHL U18 and AMHL as a forward.

"I'm excited to be coming to Ontario to see that beautiful California sun and get to work for the upcoming inaugural season in the USPHL," said MacIntyre.

"Ethan is a strong forward that creates opportunities for himself and his line-mates," said Head Coach Jeremy Blumes. "His teammates feel a couple of inches taller and 10 pounds heavier when he's on the ice with them."

The Ontario Jr Reign's first game of the 2021-2022 season is on September 25 in Carlsbad, CA at Icetown Carlsbad against the San Diego Sabers.
